| On September 2nd, 2002, Beni Iguana’s Sushi Bar held a Back-To-College party for one of their own. Part-Time chef Taj was going back to culinary school after spending his summer back home, here in the U.S. Virgin Islands, and working for Beni Iguana’s part-time. |
